- Emotional support through the Companion Program
- Assistance with ECL or other community organization applications
- Limited financial assistance through cub cards and gas cards
- Community referrals for housing, medical support, transportation, adoption, miscarriage support, legal services, food support, etc.

Pack N Play / Infant Car Seat Program
Making sure every baby has a safe place to sleep and safety while traveling in a vehicle is a priority for ECL.
ECL offers eligible clients a new pack n play and safe sleep education OR a new infant car seat and installation by a certified technician.
